Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Pay: $25-$27 per hour
Summary
Detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator with 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations in a small, hands-on environment. This role is responsible for all shipping, receiving, inventory control, labeling, and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP and Excel skills, operates independently, and ensures accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery across all warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily warehouse operations as a team of one, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP system updates
- Create and apply product labeling, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards
- Process and manage purchase orders (POs), including tracking, receiving, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and delays
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal stakeholders
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, invoices) and ensure compliance with shipping requirements
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Utilize ERP system to manage inventory, orders, and transactions accurately
- Generate reports and analyze data using Excel to support operations and decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of warehouse and logistics experience in a hands-on role
- Proven experience using an ERP system for inventory, order, and purchasing management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, labeling, and purchase orders
- Ability to work independently and manage all warehouse functions without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift/move materials as needed and work in a warehouse environment
Work Environment
- Small warehouse setting with full ownership of operations
- Fast-paced, hands-on role requiring multitasking and accountability
